The protection of your personal data is important to us. This privacy policy explains how we process personal data in connection with the use of the website sídlo.ba. The operator of the website is Patentová a zmánková kancelář Dušan Štric, s. r. o., with its registered office at Pražská 3231/37, 811 04 Bratislava-Staré Mesto, IČO: 56469560 (hereinafter referred to as the “Operator”).
It undertakes to protect personal data in accordance with the “General Data Protection Regulation” – Regulation 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of the European Union (hereinafter referred to as the “Regulation”). This privacy policy describes how we process, process and protect your personal data when we communicate with you and provide you with services.
Providers of personal data for the purposes of providing legal or other services, including their processing for the purposes of keeping the Provider’s file and accounting, i.e. fulfilling the legal obligation pursuant to Article 6(1)(c) of the Regulation and fulfilling the contract pursuant to Article 6(1)(b) of the Regulation. We obtain personal data directly from you or from our other clients in connection with the provision of services to them.
We do not transfer personal data outside the EU and do not use automated personal data processing systems for processing.
We store your personal data for 10 years from the closure of the file in the case of legal services provided, and for other services for 3 years from the end of their provision. We store accounting documents for 10 years from their issue.

Your rights as a data subject include the main rights to personal data, the right to rectification and completion of personal data, the right to erasure of your personal data, the right to aggregate personal data, the right to data portability, the right to object to processing where the processing is based on a legal basis of legitimate interest, public interest or for direct marketing purposes including profiling, and the right to object to automated individual decision-making.
As a data subject, you have the right to file a complaint or a motion to file a lawsuit with the Office for Personal Data Protection or the Slovak Chamber of Patent Attorneys.
We do not interfere with your privacy when using this website. This website should not store any cookies from the user. When filling in forms, the data is updated directly only by e-mail to us.
General Terms and Conditions (“GTC”)
The provider of legal services is Patentový a ochranno-známkový úrad Dušan Štric, s. r. o., with registered office at Pražská 3231/37, 811 04 Bratislava-Staré Mesto, ID number: 56469560 (hereinafter referred to as the “Provider”). The contact details of the providers for this service are +421907 210 218 or dusan.stric@ipiq.sk. If necessary, the Provider is entitled to be represented by another lawyer, legal assistant or other employee or associate of the Provider when providing legal services.
The supervisory authorities are: Slovak Chamber of Patent Attorneys and Slovak Trade Inspection.
These GTC apply to all legal services provided by the Provider. The Client automatically agrees to these GTC by using services from this site or providing services with reference to these GTC.
The provider provides services based on the amount of support on this website or based on an individual agreement, including by electronic and telecommunication means. The office requires the payment of advance invoices. The maturity of the invoice is 14 days.
Services are provided in Slovak and English according to the agreement with the client. These GTC, as well as any relations and related disputes between the parties, are governed and interpreted in accordance with Slovak law, and Slovak courts have sole jurisdiction.
