Personal data protection
The protection of your personal data is important to us. This privacy policy explains how personal data is processed in connection with the use of the website sídlo.ba. The operator of the website is Patentová a zmánková kancelária Dušan Štric, s. r. o., registered office at Pražská 3231/37, 811 04 Bratislava-Staré Mesto, IČO: 56469560 (hereinafter referred to as the “Operator”).
The Operator undertakes to protect personal data in accordance with the „General Data Protection Regulation“ – Regulation 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of the European Union (hereinafter referred to as the „Regulation“). This privacy policy describes how we collect, process and protect your personal data when we communicate with you and provide you with services.
The Operator processes personal data for the purpose of providing legal or other services, including their processing for the purposes of maintaining the Provider’s file and accounting, i.e. fulfilling the legal obligation of Art. 6, para. 1, lit. c), of the Regulation and performance of the contract, pursuant to Art. 6, para. 1, lit. b) of the Regulation. We obtain personal data directly from you or from our other clients in connection with the provision of services to them.
We do not transfer personal data outside of EU countries and do not use automated personal data processing systems for processing.
We retain your personal data for 10 years from the closing of the file for legal services provided, for other services for 3 years from the end of the provision of these. We retain accounting documents for 10 years from their issuance.
If you have any questions, you can contact us by sending an e-mail to dusan.stric@ipiq.sk or by post to the address of the Controller’s registered office and your questions and comments will be answered or managed by our personal data protection specialist.
Your rights as a data subject include the right to request access to personal data, the right to rectify and supplement personal data, the right to erase your personal data, the right to restrict the processing of personal data, the right to data portability, the right to object to processing if the processing is based on a legal basis of legitimate interest, public interest or for direct marketing purposes, including profiling, and the right to object to automated individual decision-making.
As a data subject, you have the right to file a complaint or a motion to initiate proceedings with the Personal Data Protection Office or the Slovak Chamber of Patent Attorneys.
We do not interfere with your privacy when using this website. This website should not store any cookies. When filling out forms, the data is sent by email only directly to us.
General Terms and Conditions (“GTC”)
The legal services provider is the Patent and Trademark Office Dušan Štric, s. r. o., registered office Pražská 3231/37, 811 04 Bratislava-Staré Mesto, Company ID:
56469560 (hereinafter referred to as the “Provider”). The contact details of the provider for this service are +421907 210 218, or dusan.stric@ipiq.sk. If necessary, the Provider is entitled to be represented by another attorney, legal assistant or other employee or collaborator of the Provider when providing legal services.
The supervisory authorities are: Slovak Chamber of Patent Attorneys and Slovak Trade Inspection.
These GTC apply to all legal services provided by the Provider. The Client automatically accepts these GTC by using the services from this site or by providing services with reference to these GTC.
The Provider provides services based on the amount of remuneration specified on this website or by individual agreement, including electronic and telecommunication means. The Office requires payment of advance invoices for clients. The maturity of the Provider’s invoices is 14 days.
The services are provided in Slovak and English, as agreed with the client. These GTC as well as any relations and possible disputes between the Parties shall be governed by and construed in accordance with Slovak law and the Slovak courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
